About Vow Vault

Vow Vault is a marketplace platform that allows users to buy and sell pre-owned wedding-related items. Vow Vault facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but does not own, inspect, or guarantee listed items.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vow Vault. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Listings and Transactions

• Sellers are responsible for accurately describing items they list

• Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before purchasing

• All transactions occur between buyers and sellers

• Vow Vault is not responsible for the condition, quality, legality, or delivery of items

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Vow Vault does not store payment information.

Funds may be temporarily held to facilitate secure transactions. Vow Vault is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or shipping carriers.

Shipping

• Sellers are responsible for shipping sold items to the provided address

• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

• Vow Vault is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

Fees

Vow Vault may charge service fees related to transactions. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before a purchase is completed.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• List illegal, stolen, or prohibited items

• Provide false or misleading information

• Use the app for fraudulent or abusive purposes

• Attempt to bypass payments or platform protections

Violations may result in account suspension or removal.

Returns and Disputes

Return policies are determined by individual sellers unless otherwise stated. Vow Vault is not responsible for resolving disputes but may assist at its discretion.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vow Vault is not liable for:

• User-generated content

• Transactions between users

• Losses resulting from the use of the app

Use of the app is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
