How to create an account?
To create an account, download the Vow Vault app and select “Create Account” on the first screen.
You’ll begin by entering your name, followed by your email address and a secure password. After doing so, you may choose whether or not you’d like to receive promotional emails and updates.
For added security, you’ll then verify your phone number. Simply enter your number, receive a verification code by text message, and confirm it within the app.
Once verified, you’ll be welcomed into Vow Vault and can begin browsing or listing items right away.
How to reset your password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply open the Vow Vault app and select “Forgot Password?” on the sign-in screen.
Enter the email address associated with your account, and we’ll send you a secure password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email link to create a new password.
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Once your password has been updated, you can sign back in and continue using Vow Vault as usual.
Updating your profile information?
You can update your name at any time by visiting your Profile page and selecting “Edit Profile.” Be sure to tap “Save” to apply your changes.
For security purposes, updates to your email address or phone number must be requested through our support team. Please contact us at support@vow-vault.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
How do I list an item for sale?
To list your items for sale, on the first screen after logging in or creating a Vow Vault account you will select the option “Sell your items”.
When you select the “Sell” tab, you will be taken to our secure Vow Vault submission form. You will be prompted to confirm your email (if not already displayed), title your item, and select the theme and category that best fits your listing.
You will also have the option to include a description — while optional, we highly recommend adding thoughtful details to help your item stand out.
Next, confirm your name (if not already displayed), set your desired price, upload an image of your item, and select “Submit.” Once submitted, you may return to the app.
How do payouts work?
When your item sells, the buyer’s payment is processed securely through our trusted payment provider. Funds are released once the seller has shipped the item using our secure shipping label sent to the seller, and the shipping carrier (such as UPS or USPS) has confirmed acceptance of the package into transit.
Ex 1-3 business days after carrier confirmation.
How do I ship the item?
After your item is sold, you will receive a notification in the app along with a prepaid shipping label. Download and print the label, carefully package your item, and securely attach the label to the outside of the box. Once packaged, drop it off at the designated shipping carrier to begin delivery.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and delivery destination. The buyer pays for shipping as part of their total purchase. Sellers receive a prepaid shipping label once the item is sold.
